Eligibility

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The item(s) must be in unused and original condition with all the tags and packaging intact.

 

Procedures

3. Pack the item(s) securely and include the order number on the package.

4. Ship the item(s) back to our designated address using a reputable shipping service. We recommend adding tracking and insurance for your protection.

5. Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

6. If approved, we will process your refund/exchange within 10 working days and notify you via email.

- Any additional fees related to shipping are non-refundable unless the product is found to be defective.
